Hello and welcome to the Cardiff Underwater Hockey site!
We’re a friendly, mixed club who train both at Cardiff International pool in Cardiff bay (Wednesday nights), and also at the pool in Newport International Sports Village (Monday nights). We’re always open to new players coming along and giving underwater hockey a shot, and the best thing is the first two sessions are free! There’s no protocol, just bring some swimwear, a towel and some enthusiasm.
